Suggested Use
Adults take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a protein meal.

Cellulose, calcium silicate, silica, magnesium stearate.
Vegetarian.
No: Yeast, corn, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial color.
