Suggested Use
Take 2 to 4 capsules per day, or as directed by your qualified health care consultant.
For best results, use with Jarrow Formulas Jarrosil, the biologically Activated Silicon.

Rice Flour, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), and silicon dioxide. Capsule consists of gelatin.
